With over eight years of experience in the social work field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and couples from all walks of life, supporting them in navigating trauma, mental health struggles, and relationship dynamics. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I focused on issues such as domestic violence, teen dating violence, and homelessness. My journey in therapy has allowed me to work across a variety of settings, including community mental health and private practice, which has deepened my understanding of diverse life experiences and challenges.
