Navigating Grief, Trauma, Neurodivergency, or Life’s Challenges? You Don’t Have to Do It Alone. Grief can feel isolating. Life transitions can be overwhelming. If you're struggling with loss, big life changes, or feeling misunderstood, I am here to help. Therapy is a space where you can process emotions, gain clarity, and develop tools to move forward at your own pace. Whether you are grieving, navigating the complexities of autism, managing anxiety, or working through relationship challenges, you deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and validated.
I take a compassionate, strength-based, and solution-focused approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs. My work is trauma-informed and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and emotion regulation techniques to help you find stability and healing.
With experience in hospice, bereavement counseling, Veteran Affairs mental health care, school-based therapy, and private practice, I have supported individuals across all ages in processing grief, trauma, depression, PTSD, and anxiety. I hold a Master of Social Work from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University. I am also OutCare certified for culturally competent care of the LGBTQ+ community.
I am deeply committed to providing a safe, welcoming space for all individuals, regardless of gender, ethnicity, ability, religion, or sexual orientation. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means finding a way to carry your experiences while still moving forward. If you’re looking for a warm, understanding therapist who will meet you where you are and guide you toward healing, I am here to help.
