Throughout my entire career I have worked in the helping profession in some capacity and thoroughly enjoy building therapeutic relationships with others. In my sessions you can expect to experience warmth and support while we collaborate together to build practical coping skills that will help steer you through your daily life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a basis to our work together by challenging negative thoughts and behaviors to improve your well-being. Additionally, I take a collaborative approach, tailoring it to meet your needs and utilize various evidence-based strategies as appropriate. I am also OutCare certified in culturally competent care for the LGBTQ+ community.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stockton University and a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from Kean University. I also possess certification as an Approved Clinical Supervisor. I have worked in various treatment environments and have many years of experience in community based mental health programs working with clients with severe and persistent mental illness.
