Do you ever feel like you're constantly juggling responsibilities, emotions, and expectations—only to feel like you’re never quite getting it right? Maybe your relationship with food, your body, or even your own thoughts feels like a battle. If you feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or unhealthy habits, I’m here to help you break free and regain control.

As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, and mood disorders like anxiety and depression. If you find yourself feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your goals, we’ll work together to build practical strategies that help you feel more grounded and in control of your life. My approach is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on helping you develop resilience and self-compassion.

My passion for mental health began while studying psychology at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where I became especially interested in body positivity and eating disorder recovery. I went on to earn my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University, further deepening my work with trauma, self-worth, and emotional regulation. I am also OutCare certified in culturally competent care for the LGBTQ+ community.

Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about actively working toward the life you want. Whether that means challenging negative thoughts, learning new coping skills, or simply having a space where you feel heard and accepted, I’ll be there to support you. You don’t have to have it all figured out—let’s take it one step at a time, together.
