If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or major life transitions, you do not have to go through it alone. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to open up, heal, and grow. Whether you are navigating stress, uncertainty, or emotional pain, therapy can help you find clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a B.A. in Psychology from Ramapo College and an M.A. in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University. With experience in both community mental health and private practice, I work with teens and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, school-related stress, behavioral concerns, and self-esteem issues.
My approach is person-centered and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and build healthier coping strategies. I also have experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create an affirming, inclusive space for all clients.
Together, we will explore your experiences, identify what is holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and capable of creating meaningful, lasting change in your life.
If you are ready to start your journey toward healing and personal growth, I am here to help you take the first step.
