Struggling with Change, Relationships, or Feeling Overwhelmed? Let’s Create a Clear Path Forward.
If you're feeling stuck—whether in relationships, navigating life transitions, or managing the unique challenges that come with autism or neurodivergence—you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I specialize in helping individuals who crave concrete, actionable steps to move forward. If you're looking for clear guidance, support, and real strategies to help you feel more in control, I am here to help.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My approach is practical, compassionate, and empowering. Together, we will break things down into manageable steps, helping you build the skills you need to navigate challenges and feel more confident in yourself and your decisions.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Drew University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, I have worked in a variety of settings, including Special Education, providing case management, psychoeducation, and individual counseling. My therapy approach is personalized and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Strength-Based approaches to meet your specific needs. I am also OutCare certified for culturally competent care of the LGBTQ+ community.
Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about learning, growing, and taking meaningful steps toward a life that feels more fulfilling and manageable. If you’re ready for support, clarity, and real tools to help you move forward, I’d love to help you get there.
