Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or heavy at times, and reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) offering both in-person and online therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, identity exploration, or self-esteem challenges, I provide a compassionate and understanding space to help you heal and grow. I also work with individuals navigating major life transitions, including immigration, family changes, and relationship adjustments.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help you build practical coping skills and create meaningful change. When working with children and adolescents, I often incorporate art and play-based strategies to encourage self-expression and emotional understanding in a developmentally supportive way.

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Rutgers University. My work is grounded in cultural sensitivity and respect for every individual’s background, identity, and lived experience. I am also OutCare certified for culturally competent care of the LGBTQ+ community.

You do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we can create a path toward confidence, clarity, and lasting emotional well-being.
