Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or heavy at times, and reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) offering both in-person and online therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, identity exploration, or self-esteem challenges, I provide a compassionate and understanding space to help you heal and grow. I also work with individuals navigating major life transitions, including immigration, family changes, and relationship adjustments.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help you build practical coping skills and create meaningful change. When working with children and adolescents, I often incorporate art and play-based strategies to encourage self-expression and emotional understanding in a developmentally supportive way.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Rutgers University. My work is grounded in cultural sensitivity and respect for every individual’s background, identity, and lived experience.
You do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we can create a path toward confidence, clarity, and lasting emotional well-being.
