With over 25 years of experience working with adults, including those grieving the loss of a loved one, working through anger, or navigating complex life changes, I specialize in providing the support and guidance you need to heal and move forward. I understand the unique difficulties that come with being part of the LGBTQ+ community, and I am OutCare certified in culturally competent care for the LGBTQ+ community. I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor and a Certified School Social Worker. My education includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and a Master of Arts in Psychology, both from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education from Rutgers University.
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including foster care, residential placements, schools, and clinical settings. My therapeutic approach blends cognitive behavioral theory, trauma-informed interventions, positive behavioral supports, and solution-focused techniques. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and confident as you work through life’s challenges.
