Seeking support is a courageous step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered. With a compassionate and thoughtful approach, I help clients navigate life's challenges while fostering insight, resilience, and personal growth. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, maternal mental health issues, have neurodivergency, mood disorders, C-PTSD, interpersonal conflicts, parenting challenges, or life transitions, I am here to guide you with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your unique experience.

My approach to therapy is deeply individualized—rooted in mutual trust and respect, while integrating evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt, play therapy, narrative therapy, and a strengths-based perspective to help you uncover meaningful insights and practical strategies for healing. With a broad understanding of cultural perspectives and life experiences, I strive to create a space where intellectual curiosity, emotional depth, and self-discovery flourish.

I graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University before spending time in the corporate sector, which deepened my understanding of professional and interpersonal challenges. I later earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and have worked extensively with families facing housing insecurity, children with developmental challenges (including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning disabilities), and individuals seeking support for mental health concerns. I am also OutCare certified for culturally competent care of the LGBTQ+ community.

Therapy is not just about working through difficulties—it’s about rediscovering yourself, finding clarity, and embracing growth. If you're ready to begin this journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
