Welcome to your safe space. You deserve a place where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Life’s challenges—whether they stem from stress, self-doubt, past experiences, or major life transitions—can feel overwhelming, but therapy offers a space to unpack it all. My goal is to help you navigate these emotions with curiosity, self-compassion, and a deeper awareness of the patterns shaping your life. Together, we will explore your experiences and equip you with the tools to move forward with confidence and clarity.
My approach to therapy is personalized, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and restorative practices like mindfulness to foster emotional balance and resilience. I believe healing is a journey, and I’m here to provide the support, structure, and insight to help you along the way.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I earned my BA in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, followed by my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am also OutCare certified as culturally competent in the care of the LGBTQ+ community.
I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, burnout, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and trauma. While my approach is always tailored to the individual, I believe in honoring the diverse backgrounds and cultural identities that shape each person’s journey. It is never too late to heal, grow, and create the life you deserve.
