Welcome to your safe space. You deserve a space to slow down, be present, and connect with your mind + body. Obtaining the tools, and learning how to create a space for yourself and your emotions can be difficult. Therapy can be that place for you. My goal is to help you unpack what’s going on. Rather, you and I together will be able to process life experiences and development, that allow you to become more curious and aware of the unconscious processes that could be contributing to other areas of your life. As your empathetic guide, I will help you in your journey towards self-understanding and self-acceptance. My approach in therapy will be tailored to each individual's needs. I will often integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and restorative practices such as mindfulness, to help promote the mind + body connection.

I am currently a Licensed Associate Counselor and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. From there, I then pursued my MA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also OutCare certified as culturally competent in the care of the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize working with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, burnout, self-esteem issues, life changes and trauma. While my approach in therapy is tailored to each individual's needs, honoring intersecting cultural identities is very much important. I am dedicated to providing my client’s with the right tools, knowledge and skill set in their path of maintaining emotional wellness. It is never too late to heal, to learn, to grow.
