Are you looking for a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported in your journey? Taking the first step to seek therapy can feel like a big leap, but I’m here to support you every step of the way. Whether you're a young adult struggling with ADHD/ADD, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, the complexities of self-esteem and identity, or if you’re an adult working through challenges such as grief or finding meaning and values, I’m committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, heal, and grow.

With a Bachelor’s in Public Health from Roger Williams University and a Master’s in Social Work from Montclair State University, I bring a broad background in working with individuals across various settings, from educational environments to in-home support and outpatient programs. My focus is on creating a person-centered, empathetic approach, where you’ll be empowered to take charge of your own journey.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, but I also love helping clients of all ages overcome challenges such as neurodivergence, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, grief, and struggles with identity and values. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing with insights from humanistic therapy, existential philosophy, and somatic practices to address the whole of who you are.

I’m also deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and I make it a priority to create a space where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to live authentically.

In our work together, I’ll collaborate with you in a supportive and understanding environment, where we will focus on your unique needs, goals, and aspirations. Let’s take this transformative journey toward healing and fulfillment together.
