Are you feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or struggling to find meaning in your experiences? Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, exploring your identity, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, I provide a calm, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard.
As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those grappling with life transitions, existential concerns, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered techniques. I also integrate existential philosophies and spiritual exploration for those seeking deeper meaning in their journey.
I am OutCare certified in culturally competent care for the LGBTQ+ community and have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and neurodivergent backgrounds, including those on the autism spectrum. My work is grounded in creating an accepting, open-minded space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships without judgment.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University, where I focused on integrating spiritual competency and mental health counseling. My professional experience includes providing outpatient counseling at Catholic Charities Family Growth Program and NJ Center for the Healing Arts, as well as working with adolescents at a higher level of care at High Focus Centers.
No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and fulfillment in your relationships and daily life.
