I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with three years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults & families. I am experienced in helping clients navigate a variety of mental health and wellness concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, social anxiety & fear, anger management issues, life transitions, family and relationship issues, parenting skills, academic & career motivation, oppositional behavior, and much more. I approach work with clients from an eclectic theoretical perspective, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities stemming from CBT and DBT while incorporating a person-centered approach which borrows from existential and spiritual wellness philosophies. I am experienced in working with clients and families from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ clients, and autism spectrum disorder clients as well. Additionally, I am OutCare certified as culturally competent in the care of the LGBTQ+ community.

I received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University in January 2022, where I was not only trained in various clinical treatment modalities at various levels of care, but also specialized in the integration of spiritual competency and exploration in the mental health counseling process. My professional clinical experience includes clinical internships for Catholic Charities Family Growth Program in Red Bank, NJ, and with NJ Center for the Healing Arts in Red Bank, NJ, where I provided outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, adults and families. I also gained clinical experience working with adolescents at a higher level of care as a Mental Health Associate for High Focus Centers in Freehold, NJ. I aim to provide nurturing and compassionate care to clients while helping clients more deeply connect with their love and passion for life.
